Where are Olanaturalnie cosmetics made? Olanaturalnie cosmetics are made in Poland.
Where can I find the full ingredient lists? The full INCI ingredient list is available on each product page.
How long does order processing take? We prepare orders on business days. Delivery usually takes around 3 days.
Are your cosmetics natural? Yes, we offer a range of natural cosmetics. All products are made using high-quality plant-based ingredients and are free from parabens, SLS and other unwanted substances. You can find detailed ingredient information in the description of each product.
How do I choose the right product for my skin type? Each product page includes information about the skin types it is suitable for. If you are unsure which product to choose, please contact our customer service team – we will be happy to help!
Can I return a cosmetic product? You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with applicable law and our store’s terms and conditions. In the case of sealed cosmetic products, the right to return may be limited once the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, orders over PLN 270 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, shipping costs depend on the delivery method selected.
How long does order processing take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Delivery time depends on the courier selected and usually takes 1–3 business days.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Are the cosmetics safe to use during pregnancy? Most of our cosmetics are suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you have any concerns, please check the product description or consult your doctor.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept: • Bank transfer, • Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), • Online payment systems (e.g. PayPal, Przelewy24), • Cash on delivery.
Do the products contain allergens? Our products may contain natural ingredients that can cause allergic reactions in some people, such as essential oils. Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing.
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, provided your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone, and we will help you make the necessary changes.
